Pumpkin pie smoothie with cinnamon in mason jar

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This fall smoothie is way too easy of a recipe, esp. if you like to make your own pumpkin puree and can prep it in batches and store it in the fridge. It works well any time of day- with meals, between meals, and even as a late night snack, in lieu of a "real" dessert. YumMy!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (store-bought or home-made (preferably))
  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut or other nut milk
  • 1 scoop pea or other protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg or allspice (optional)
  1. Blend until smooth, pour into 2 tall glasses, and drink immediately.

Green Machine Smoothie

Though this very green smoothie might make you feel more like a bunny than a human, at least rest assured that most bunnies don't know how to use blenders. The mint extract gives the otherwise smooth flavor a nice kick. Other zesty options include blending in a fresh ginger slice, a dash of cayenne or cinnamon, or 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

Green Machine Smoothie

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut or nut milk
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 scoop pea or other protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract (optional)
  1. Blend well. You may add a bit of water if needed to get to your preferred consistency. Mmmmmm.

As changes are happening all around us, September beckons for us to refocus on ourselves as well. Why not introduce a new exercise regimen, try out a new batch of hearty recipes, or reevaluate how you spend your down time? September is also a perfect month to ponder one's health and life goals and create some actionable changes to effect greater mental/physical focus and resilience through the next few seasons.

As for us at Reboot Center, we've been busy adding new products, tests, and treatments to our list of offerings. Here's a snapshot of some Reboot updates and goodies to celebrate September:
