  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup kale fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut or nut milk
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 scoop pea or other protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract optional


  • Blend well. You may add a bit of water if needed to get to your preferred consistency. Mmmmmm.
