Near Infrared Therapy

The Near Infrared Therapy unit used at Reboot Center produces 50mW/cm2 of photon flux (power) in the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum that is considered the “wellness” spectrum (650-950nm). NIR therapy is typically used for relief of muscle and joint pain, arthritis and muscle spasms, but has also demonstrated effectiveness in increasing blood flow and muscle relaxation in the area being treated as well.
