Navigating the Healthie Portal
Please familiarize yourself with the Healthie Desktop Portal and the associated Healthie app, available from the app store on Android and iPhone. This is your central hub for your membership experience. You can track your food intake, symptoms, activities, see your upcoming visits and sessions, message your team and the Reboot Center community, and document your goals here. If you want to connect another biometrics app (such as Apple Health, Withings or Fitbit) to your Healthie app, you can do so in the App by navigating to the three parallel lines in the upper left corner, clicking on Settings, and then on Integrations.
Navigating the Jane Portal
The Jane Desktop Portal is your go-to portal for scheduling Reboot Center sessions, treatments, and physician appointments. With its easy-to-use scheduling feature, you can book a variety of appointments directly – no need to call the office. The Jane for Clients Mobile App is also available on Apple and Android.
Navigating the SECA Portal
SECA Body Composition Analysis is a cutting-edge tool that provides a comprehensive, accurate, and reliable snapshot of your body’s composition, going beyond just weight to reveal key metrics like body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, water, and cellular health. By measuring these critical elements, the SECA offers an in-depth understanding of your metabolism, muscle-to-fat ratio, and overall health status.
The SECA is invaluable for tracking progress toward informed health optimization because it allows for strategic interventions based on your unique body composition. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or improving metabolic and cellular health, the SECA analysis provides clear data to guide your journey. It helps identify potential imbalances, such as excess visceral fat, which is linked to chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. Monitoring changes in muscle mass and fat percentage ensures that your approach to fitness and nutrition is delivering results, and it offers crucial insights into how your body is responding to different lifestyle changes. After your initial scan, access your SECA myAnalytics data HERE. You can also find the initial setup email by searching your email inbox for the email from noreply@secacloud.com (after your initial scan). The user-friendly and accessible SECA myAnalytics app is also available for smart devices.

Please note: Times and locations for group visits and meet-ups may change based on weather, member interests, or unforeseen circumstances. Any short-term updates will be shared in the member chat.
To register for Group Visits/Meet-Ups/Open Community Chat in the Healthie portal (best done on a desktop/laptop computer):
- Select Appointments
- Select Book Appointment
- Scroll down and select the specific appointment type you’re wanting to book
- Scroll all the way down and click on Confirm Appointment Type
- Select the date of the session you’re interested in
- Select the session you’re interested in
- Click on Confirm Appointment
- Repeat process to register for other group visits/meet-ups/community chat sessions
