Reboot Center is a personalized Restorative Care practice for women, men, and children residing in WA State. The CORE Plan boasts access to a personal physician and unlimited team and physician chat access, multiple monthly touch-points including group visits and meet-ups. This plan is fantastic for youth interested in peak sports and academic performance and adults desiring lifestyle optimization. With our ADVANCED and ULTRA Plans, we leverage advanced clinical, functional, and laboratory analyses to generate a bio-individualized health report around which we customize care plans to guide members to achieve their health goals.

Dr. Jennifer Ruthensteiner, founder and CEO of Reboot Center, has extensive experience successfully treating patients with complex chronic health concerns. The combination of her innovative, interactive approach to patient care that leans heavily on natural therapeutics and optimizing lifestyle parameters, combined with individuals actively engaging in their own personal health recovery, is the secret sauce to her restorative care model.

Most of the medical world has adopted the standard Western medicine model and what are referred to as ‘general guidelines’ based on statistics to provide diagnoses and treatments that work for the majority of people. The biological age test measures your epigenetic or biological age, which reflects how quickly or slowly your body is aging at the cellular level. We do not bill your insurance for membership services. For add-on visits not covered by membership that can be billed to insurance, we are in-network with the following companies: Anthem Blue Cross, First Choice Health Network, Health Management Administrators (HMA), Kaiser, Lifewise, Premera, Regence Blue Shield, Regence Federal, Regence Group Administrators, and United Healthcare. If you have a different health insurance, you can request superbills for covered services that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on your benefits. Reboot Center physicians are not contracted with Medicare.

We accept both HSA and FSA cards. If you want to apply HSA or FSA funds to your membership or other services, please reach out to your fund manager directly, as guidelines vary.

Supplement and lab recommendations are unique to each patient, and are therefore not incorporated into the membership fees. However, ADVANCED and ULTRA members receive a member discount on supplement purchases at the clinic and through Fullscript. Additionally, all members receive a member discount code to use on supplement purchases through Reboot Center’s online store.

Reboot Center’s restorative care approach is particularly focused on optimizing health and reversing dis-ease as much as humanly possible. The provider team focuses in particular on complex and chronic diseases, including hormonal imbalances, menopause, andropause, autoimmune conditions, fatigue syndromes, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, weight optimization, thyroid conditions, cognitive and memory dysfunction, and digestive challenges. Depending on patient goals, healthspan and longevity therapeutics can also be incorporated into the ULTRA Membership.

Your primary care provider (PCP) is a health care professional who practices general medicine. Reboot Center physicians are, by contrast, restorative medicine specialty providers who work in collaboration with your PCP and other specialists. Reboot physicians can order standard labs and provide many of the routine exams, referrals, imaging orders, prescriptions, and other services commonly performed in a primary care setting, but do not have a formal primary care provider-patient relationship with their patients.
