  3. Availability and Substitution: Products or services may be unavailable due to supply chain issues or other factors. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide a substitute of equal or greater value, or a full refund.

C. Payment Terms

  1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
  2. Pricing and Fees: All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to taxes, shipping fees, or other charges. Prices may change without notice. The final amount will be confirmed during checkout.
  3. Payment Authorization: By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
  4. Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we may attempt to process the transaction again or notify you to provide updated payment information. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payments are not successfully processed.

  1. Third-Party Products: Reboot Center may offer products or services through third-party vendors (e.g., via affiliate links or co-branded services). These third-party vendors are responsible for their own products, services, and customer support. When purchasing third-party products, you agree to abide by the terms of service and privacy policies of those third-party vendors.
    Affiliate Links and Commissions: Reboot Center may receive compensation for products purchased through affiliate links. While we may earn a commission from products we recommend, this does not influence our product recommendations. We only promote products we personally trust and believe will provide value, including products we have tested and products we have not tested but align with our values.
  2. Third-Party Platforms: When purchasing services through third-party platforms (such as SamCart, Healthie, or JaneApp), you agree to abide by the respective terms and conditions of those platforms. Reboot Center is not responsible for the services, products, or data practices of third-party platforms.

E. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

  1. Digital Products and Services: Once digital products or services (such as downloadable content, memberships, consultations, etc.) are delivered, they are non-refundable. If you believe there is an issue with the digital product or service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a resolution.
  2. Physical Products: Physical products are refundable within 14 days of receipt if unopened and in resalable condition, excluding custom-formulated teas, tinctures, and homeopathic medicines, less the restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Membership and Subscription Services: Restorative Care Membership services may be canceled after four months. Other subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, unless otherwise specified in the individual service terms. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
  4. Third-Party Vendor Returns: For products purchased through third-party vendors, please refer to their specific return and refund policies. Reboot Center is not responsible for the handling of returns or refunds for third-party products.
  5. Chargeback Policy: By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the Company’s Refund Policy prior to purchasing any Programs, Products, or Services. The Company does not tolerate or accept chargeback threats or actual chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback or chargeback threat, the Company reserves the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies or relevant chargeback databases. The report may include your name, email address, order details, and billing address, which could affect your credit score. To be removed from such databases, chargeback fees must be paid in full.

F. Use of Services and Products

  1. License to Use: By purchasing services or products from Reboot Center, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased services or products for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. 
  2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the services or products, including course content, for commercial purposes without explicit permission from Reboot Center. We ask that you respect the intellectual property rights of the Company. If you use the Company’s Website or content in a manner that violates these Terms of Service, it could be considered an infringement, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action. You are welcome to occasionally download or print a single copy of individual pages of the Company’s Website or Course Content for your personal, non-commercial use. However, you must provide proper attribution to the Company, keeping all copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices intact. If you use the content electronically, you must also include a link back to the original webpage. Even when using the materials for personal purposes, the content remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
  3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities when using the products or services, including violating intellectual property rights, interfering with system functionality, or attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile any software.

  1. Physical Products: Shipping times and fees for physical products will be clearly displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are subject to delays beyond our control.
  2. Digital Products: Access to digital goods or services is granted upon payment, typically immediately or within a specified time frame. Should any technical issues arise, we will promptly assist in restoring access.
